MISSION STATEMENT.

FEAT is a community organisation, which provides a service for families in housing crisis. The service is based on the belief that all people have the right to appropriate affordable housing. Families are provided with

•     Accommodation
•     Professional support services
•     Information, referral & advocacy

OBJECTIVES

1. To provide supported accommodation for families who need a range of services to enhance their housing stability
2. To provide a working environment which is conducive to the professional support of the staff
3. To explore options for developing the service
4. To advocate on behalf of families for better housing outcomes
5. To maximise outcomes for clients and to be accountable to all stakeholders
6. To offer families access to information about a range of community resources
      which meet their needs and to link families to these resources
